At Northwest Labor Industries, we believe in transparency. Our pricing is primarily based on volume—how much space your items take up in our large dump trucks. Our rates include all labor, transportation, and disposal fees.

Factors That Affect Pricing
While most items are charged by volume, certain materials require special handling or disposal fees due to local regulations.
Heavy Materials
Dense items like concrete, dirt, gravel, and roofing shingles are charged by bed-load (height limit) due to weight.
Specialty Items
Items like tires, paint, mattresses, and appliances with Freon (fridges/ACs) may incur small environmental surcharges.
Access Difficulty
Pricing assumes items are reasonably accessible. Extensive stair carries or long distances may affect labor costs.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and business checks. Payment is processed upon job completion.
Is tip included?
Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated by our hard-working crews if they do an excellent job.
Do you charge for the time it takes?
Generally, no. Our pricing is volume-based. However, for demolition or extremely labor-intensive cleanouts, labor hours may be factored in.
